This video handles the Taming the Beast quest chain from the point just before Thotar provides a taming Rod for your Dire Mottled Boar in Razor Hill. Thotar will provide you with a number of 3 taming rods, each is different and lets you tame beasts in the following order: Dire Mottled Boar, Surf Crawler and eventually an Armored Scorpid.

When you have done the taming Portion of The search chain, you will have to head to Orgrimmar and talk WoW Classic Orc Hunter Pet Quest to Ormak Grimshot in the Valley of Honor in an effort to unlock your companion pet handling skills: Tame Beast; Feed Pet; Revive Pet; and Beast Training.

At last, don't forget to visit the Pet Trainer and get the Pet capabilities that you will need to give to your pet.
